Ingenieria musical, Maserati

Maserati's reputation varies depending on who you ask: They are either one of dance music's most viscerally addictive live performers, or underground rock's most ingenious hybrid of U2's guitar heroics, Pink Floyd's arena-ready psych rock, and Daft Punk's head-slamming, club-burning rhythms.

Maserati formed in January 2000 and in 2001 self-released their debut EP, 37:29:24. They released a full-length, The Language of Cities, onKindercore Records in 2002.[1] In 2003, they released the "Confines of Heat" split EP/DVD (also on Kindercore Records) with Gainesville, FL's The Mercury Program.
After a Japan tour in 2004, drummer Phil Horan left the group. Matt Cherry also left the group temporarily, replaced by Tristan Wraight. They released a 7" and a split CD with Cinemechanica and We Versus the Shark on Hello Sir Records in 2004.
In early 2005, Matt Cherry re-joined the band and Jerry Fuchs stepped in on drums. The group began pursuing more of a psychedelic andspace rock-influenced sound and signed with Temporary Residence in 2007, releasing the full-length Inventions for the New Season. In 2008 they issued a 12" featuring remixes of songs from Inventions for the New Season by Thee Loving Hand and Justin Van Der Volgen. They followed this with a split LP with Zombi in early 2009, and a rarities collection, Passages, on Temporary Residence later that same year.
On November 8, 2009, at around 1am, Fuchs fell down an elevator shaft to his death in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.[2][3] ABC reported that he "was trying to jump out of a broken elevator when a piece of his clothing caught on something".[4] The drummer was attending an invite-only party to raise funds to send poor children to school in India [5] He was 34 years old.

This is only a fraction of what the Artist Jock Cooper does. Fractal recursions, a marvelous art.

A fractal is "a rough or fragmented geometric shape that can be split into parts, each of which is (at least approximately) a reduced-size copy of the whole,"[1] a property called self-similarity. Roots of the idea of fractals go back to the 17th century, while mathematically rigorous treatment of fractals can be traced back to functions studied by Karl Weierstrass, Georg Cantor and Felix Hausdorff a century later in studying functions that were continuous but not differentiable; however, the term fractal was coined by Benoît Mandelbrot in 1975 and was derived from the Latin fractus meaning "broken" or "fractured." A mathematical fractal is based on an equation that undergoes iteration, a form of feedback based on recursion.[2] There are several examples of fractals, which are defined as portraying exact self-similarity, quasi self-similarity, or statistical self-similarity. While fractals are a mathematical construct, they are found in nature, which has led to their inclusion inartwork. They are useful in medicine, soil mechanics, seismology, andtechnical analysis.

From the motion picture The Godfather, Guy Caballero. For respect.

Don Caballero are an American rock group from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The group took their name from the character Guy Caballero, portrayed by Joe Flaherty, on the sketch comedy showSecond City Television.[1] In SCTV's parody of the film The Godfather, Guy Caballero is called "Don Caballero."[2]
Don Caballero (affectionately called "Don Cab" or "The Don" by fans) formed in the summer of 1991, released five albums on Touch and Go Records between 1993 and 2000, then disbanded in November 2000. Drummer Damon Che recruited new personnel for a reconstituted Don Caballero in 2003 which has released two albums on Relapse Records.

Fractalismo, Fractal eternal wheel by Ozric Tentacles

Musicology

Its music is a highly psychedelic mixture of thumping basslines, sound effects and keyboard and guitar work, with a sound influenced bySteve Hillage and Gong.[3][4] Many of the Ozrics' songs are in unusual time signatures and/or unusual Eastern-influenced modes. Furthermore, the band often features complex arrangements which change time signature, key signature and tempo frequently in the course of a track, a well-known element present in progressive rock. However, there are also moments of straightforward funk-influenced grooves and strong influences from jazz fusion, dub/reggae and ambient music styles.
These features are mixed with electronic elements, including densely layered psytrance- and techno-influenced arpeggiated synthesizers, pads, synth basslines, effects and programmed drumbeats. It also has a strong influence from dub and ambient music, with many quiet relaxed tracks that balance the frenetic, intense material.
The Ozrics also use a wide range of instruments in their performances. Electric and acoustic guitars, flutes, recorders, xylophones and even sounds of digitally tweaked human voices appear throughout.

Fractal

The Mandelbrot set is a famous example of a fractal.
They are useful in medicine, soil mechanics, seismology, andtechnical analysis.

great band! Lite. Infinite mirror.

Formed in 2003 in Tokyo, Lite played many gigs around Tokyo and self-released two demo CDs. They have released one mini-album, Lite, and one full-length album, Filmlets, through Transduction in the UK and Cargo in Europe.

The band is made up of Nobuyuki Takeda (guitar), Kozo Kusumoto (guitar), Jun Izawa (bass), and Akinori Yamamoto (drums).
Lite's sound combines the precision and musicianship of prog rock with the emotionally charged cinematic compositions of art rock, in a heavier, more modern package that they describe as “math rock".

Toe, All I understand is that I don't understand.

A great view from Japan and the soundtrack it's marvelous.
(not the official video)

Toe is a Japanese music group. While mentioned in many post-rock circles, their song structure and dynamics are similar to many popular math rock artists.
Toe is composed of Kashikura Takashi on drums, Mino Takaaki on guitar, Yamane Satoshion bass guitar, and Yamazaki Hirokazu on guitar. Toe has formally played with this line-up since the band’s inception in 2000. They are currently one of three bands on the indie labelMachu Picchu,[1] along with the bands mouse on the keys and Enemies. This is a label formed by the members of Toe.
The vast majority of the music is instrumental and features the swift and acute drumming of Takashi. The band is also known for its melodic, clean guitar settings. Additionally, the compositions have repetition from typical rock motifs, but use very subtle changes in beat and rhythm to form a unique sound. The band has changed their sound over their musical tenure by incorporating acoustic guitars, rhodes piano, and vibraphones in their most recent releases.
The band tours regularly in Japan, and can most notably be compared to acts such as Pele andThe Album Leaf.

No Lyrics, Just Music. Grails

Initially going by the name "Laurel Canyon", guitarist Alex Hall, drummer Emil Amos (also of 'Holy Sons') and second guitarist Paul Spitz garnered positive reactions following their first show, played on a whim. Portland musicians Timothy Horner (violin) and Bill Slater (piano/bass) later joined the group to record their first EP.
The band then released two self-financed EPs in 2000 and 2001. Paul Spitz left the US to travel in Turkey and Zak Riles joined as guitarist, often playing more of an acoustic role. In 2002 Hall sent a promotion CD to Neurot Recordings who were convinced of the band's potential.
